Dear Omani Students in the USA and Canada,

According to the instructions from the Oman Ministry of Education regarding the certification of general education (elementary, preparatory and secondary) records/ grades/certificates obtained in the USA or Canada, the Embassy of Oman in Washington D.C. will only accept and certify these documents ONLY after they have been certified by the following agencies:
