Dear Students,

We have received a number of requests from students in their first or second year of their three or more scholarship years regarding the payment of project allowances. Unfortunately, these students have not read the new rules and regulations of the scholarship which was issued January 22, 2003 and is posted on our website.

Article # 30 on page 26 of the rules and regulations implies that “ project allowances shall be paid to the students during the last year of their scholarship only”
