Dear Villanova Students,

Thank you for all the feedback you sent in response to the email we sent on April 20, 2005 regarding your health insurance coverage. Please be informed that we have sent a letter to Dean Fitzpatrick on May 3, 2005 requesting for her assistance in addressing all your concerns.  She has since reassured us that you are all covered and have been covered ever since the start of your programs.  She has also promised that all health insurance cards will now be sent directly to the College of Nursing and that Ms. Ruth Levy will in fact be directly responsible for the distribution of your cards.

As for your concerns regarding prescriptions, please be informed that you may send in your receipts/proof of payment for the covered medication expenses you incur throughout the semester at the end of each term and you will be refunded the amount provided by your sponsor.

We hope that we have somehow addressed the concerns you brought to our attention.
