Dear Omani Students,

Yesterday, we received instructions from Scholarships Committee regarding taking university courses online. They have decided that the said online courses are not accepted as a replacement for courses taken on-campus under any circumstances. Due to this ruling, all sponsored students are not allowed to take online courses while they are on scholarship. Please do not violate this rule as it may lead to the termination of your scholarship. Furthermore, the Ministry of Higher Education will not recognize/certify courses taken online. Thank you for your cooperation.
